Nikon in the snow

After the rat poison incident (http://dogblog.dutchbingo.net/index.php?itemid=182) we needed to do something fun and care-free with the dogs. It started snowing hard so we took them to our personal dog park, aka a baseball field.

Nikon LOVES snow. It's only snowed three times but every time he gets the zoomies and then snarfs it up.

Kenya is a beauty! She's got a royal look to her.

Nikon, is the most adorable thing with those ears!

Coke, such a pretty boy! I just wanna snuggle up with him!

Oh, that "ear pyramid" is adorable -- like a furry, pointy crown! I love watching dogs react to snow -- you see them act joyful, puzzled, excited, etc. Those pics are so good, I can almost feel the flakes on my face! You have stunning dogs!

He is now half the size of Kenya, but hopefully will not be too big, as his father was very correct/medium and we purposely chose the smaller male to make sure he is within standard. He has his first ring of "real" hair on his tail so I've been trying to cuddle him more while his puppy fur lasts. GSDs get some kind of ugly when they switch to adult coat and go through the gangly stage!

OMG i'm so happy Nikon & Coke are okay!!

they look like they're loving the snow!! Wish i could take my dogs to the snow - yes i'd have to 'take' them someplace:(

Been showing pics of Nikon to my best friend - she loves him!! as do i!

I never want to live in snow again until I see pics like yours. All three, and the 2 humans, look like they've found a little slice of heaven, Nikon is going to be a beautiful adult but right now, he's the cutest pup I've ever seen.
