That's pretty funny! She's a feral hog - they are actually predatory, so having herding skills isn't that huge of a leap. Pigs are actually extremely intelligent, and cattle herding is somewhat different from flock type herding - it's more about acting to prevent disaster and just "suggesting" to the cattle to keep going. So all she'd have to do is figure out that the idea is to chase cattle into the pens. The impressive thing is if she really does do that day after day - that's the difference between purpose bred cattle dogs and whatever else - wanting to go back for the kind of harrassment you saw there, every single day. Most dogs would say, "Hasn't someone figured out yet that those cattle want to HURT us?"
