is he good about wearing hats/headcoverings? Do consider that...some costumes don't look like much if the head part isn't on. We found that out a couple times in our parenting journey LOL. Ditto considering the weather....too warm costumes make kids sweat inside a nice temperature controlled place but are great for outdoor trick or treating...thin costumes the reverse, no fun to have to wear a coat the whole time!

    Just some thing to ponder!

It will be indoors and he is hopeless at hats, which is why I posted because most of the stuff I've found is kind of reliant on something on his head!

    I think he'd make a cute lobster:

heeheee...I know, he probably would not tolerate it, but I HAD to post it!

How about superman? No hat there....Or maybe a cute little vampire?

vampire sounds cool! ill see what i can find... or frankenstein maybe?

I did some googling and saw some cute skeleton costumes! They'd still look cute without the head part on.

    Pirate too!

You should dye his mohawk red...hehe  Go Pirate!

American Indian ?  Using a couple of baby sized t shirts you dye them a fawn colored brown,  one will be cut up to add the the main pc. you cut strips about 5 inches wide by the width of the shirt,  Cut 2,   These then get cut into fringe, using plastic beading you add them to the fringe strips to make a fun look and noise, sew a few on in an interesting pattern,  pairing this up with brown pants and socks ( you can bead the socks too)  Just a couple of stripes on his cheeks no hat or head pc needed. ( I am 1/2 Cherokee and this is not an offense dress up)

Wizard,  Long robe with glitter moons and stars , a wand and the conical hat .

Kitten,/lion/tiger  using a set of footie PJs you can attach a tail and if you like using felt or marker make tiger stripes for a kitten, ears are not needed but a tiny smudged nose and whiskers are normally tolerated by small guys.

Puppy same as above but to make ears use a ball cap and have two nice floppy ears attatched.music player that can play 50s hits

A Rock n Roller, blue jeans and a t shirt with the sleave rolled up on one side, haide "Greased" back white socks and loafers just make sure you have a bag with old 45 records cut out on them and if you can swing it have a small

Little Computer Geek ??  White shirt with his pants pulled up high, white socks, and have his hair mooused down with a middle part. Use an old keyboard on his stroller snack bar/tray.

How about a Sushi Roll?    Using cardboard you cut two circles  thses are covered with styrofoam peanuts for the rice, in the middle you can use cut outs of the salmon, avocado etc  by coloring paper plates.  the outside of the "roll" is made with duct tape covered cardboard with openings cut out for head, and arms.  He wears a jumper under it and his Goodie bag is a paper bag with a popular soy sauce name written on it.

I am so much better at girl's costumes or ones that allow head pieces.  Plus I am not sure what would translate as funny "across the pond"..

My kids have been everything from a dozen different animals, ninjas, pirates, fairys, witches, princesses, picnic tables with ants,  pencils , geeks,  pilgrims, pioneer women, computers, hotdogs,  french fries,  vampires, baby goths, nurses, doctorss, Aliens, and dragons.... and my dogs have long suffered along with them knowing they have lots of cookies in it for them for being a good sport!  They do not stop dressing up just because they no longer trick or treat....  we just enjoy the fun of being someone or something else for an evening!   Best of Luck to Will and be sure to let us see a million pictures!! I have a snap of Ceattle in a thread with Zion that I posted before I saw this one we will also have a cowboy a pirate, a snow white and a pink kitty girl that I will put in the thread as soon as I figure out how I made the last one work !!
