Mindless Chatter - Thurs

I just know that my co-worker is going to try to back stab me. I can see it coming a mile away. Thankfully, I have a good enough reputation around here that his efforts shouldn't do any harm.

I sold my rendezvous last night. *jumps for joy*

I took the dogs to the dog park last night and there must have been 40+ dogs there. I have never seen that particular dog park so full. What's sad is that this dog park is really just a small open field, fenced in. The great dog park with trails and a pond was cut in half so nobody goes there anymore. Now everyone goes to the open field one so when there's that many dogs and people it is just WAY too crowded. Every square inch of that place was full with a person or a dog. We still had fun though. There was a cattle dog there that I was throwing the frisbee for. He and Neiko were competing to see who could catch it. Neiko always won because he is bigger and covers more ground faster, but it was so cool watching that little cattle dog leap in the air. Those dogs just make it look effortless.

I'm really getting tired of sinus problems and the weather changes.

backstabbing coworker sounds BAD! Hope that resolves quickly. I hate ridiculous conflicts at work. It's so nice when you have a good relationship with all your workmates, and can make for MAJOR stress when you don't.

Good luck with that co-worker!

I was gonna make lasagna tonight but since I'm still sick, I've been banned from the kitchen so I'm staying in bed watching movies. I finally ate a decent meal today for the first time in 3 days but I have been eating a bunch of fruit.

My everything hurts! And I don't know why. From my head to the joints in my toes... And I forgot to buy Advil yesterday. *sigh*

Take a shower, Oranges. That usually helps me with the 'everything hurts' disease.

The weather is AMAZING here right now. Windows open, breeze blowing - such a nice break.

Took the dogs for a walk today. Joker got to walk unleashed because he has a great recall for such a young pup. Actually he was dragging a leash. He is so food motivated teaching him "come" has been too easy. I dont give him a treat every time he comes when I call for him but he is happy with praise as well. He checks back with me on his own and when he does that I give him a treat once in a while so he will think it's good to come check me out just to see if he gets any yummies.

Lillie seems to listen better now that I have Joker. She's a little jealous and wants to make sure she still has my attention. She is mad though because I wont let her have Joker's bully stick. She's been drooling over it for 2 days now. But it's all good once she has her neck bones or chicken leg.

Use caution as the pup ages - they tend to get a mind of their own - esp. the hunting breeds....He may stick close now, but in a few weeks that all could change. I speak from expierence.... =]

That's why I left the leash on!! I can already picture it in my head Lillie and Joker taking off on me chasing after something when he's bigger so I wanna do things right. Lillie also drags a long line because of her not "leaving it" when the command is given.
