1 more day to camping vacation! wohoo!
I have a ton of stuff to do though: Clean the house, install yakima roof rack, install roof cargo box, do laundry, pack my stuff and dogs, buy dog food, drop Dakota off (she doesn't get to go this time) at friends house, etc. Speaking of Dakota I better ask my friend if she wants her tonight or tomorrow morning.
I helped out with beginners agility class last night. That's always fun. I love seeing the newbie dogs really start to enjoy agility with their owners. They just smile big the entire time. After the beginners class I worked neiko and Lily in the advanced class. Neiko is doing really well but Lily is still struggling with her nerves. I actually got her over the low teeter though for the first time ever. Once she did it you could see she was like "Oh, that wasn't so bad" and she did it again. I left it on that note. It is nice to see her build her confidence up. I then got her up on the full height dog walk. She was fine going up but once she got up she got pretty scared and practically crawled the rest of the way across and down the ramp. Poor thing - but she didn't attempt to jump off - she just crouched as low as she could to the board. She got lots of treats :) she's loving the jumps though. At first she wouldn't even do the jumps. Now she flies over them and loves every minute of it. So, we can get there. It's just going to take time.
I need to live in the SW or in HI. My sinuses can't deal with this ever changing MI weather anymore.
