Only  103 here (about 3 hours East of you, Gina) today but 105 yesterday. We are on our 5th day in a row of heat advisory with a least one more to come. We are prisoners in the house from 9:30 to 7 !  Pretty please, weather god, get us back in the 90s (normal is 94) and give us .

 it's 59 degrees here right now, due to be 71 and rainy during the day tomorrow.  Who wants to come over?  LOL.

I have been in heat that severe once, in Greece.  It was 105-109 every day of a week long holiday and I spent basically every waking moment in the pool.  

I saw that on the national weather yesterday and I thought of you, Gina.  Sounds hellish to say the least.  Do you guys have humidity along with that or do you at least have a dry heat?

Sorry about your weather down there, but remember when it is 5 degrees below zero with 15 inches on the ground up here, it's usually 60 degrees down there.  It's 82 and sunny here today

I'm not really complaining...you acclimate to it just in time for Fall to blow in and make you chatter your teeth at 65 degrees HAHA!

Luckily the A/C is working well and there are so many shade trees here the ambient temp outside is closer to like...100 HEHE....

Wow.  I didn't really appreciate the rain, but now I do.  Now that it has rained recently it is only 87*  Of course, when it does get hot here there is no helping it because the humidity is horrible.

Winters are nice though.  70* on Christmas is just about right.
