Which cart is the best for carting? (Sowilu)

I found two carts that I think would be great for carting but I need to decide which one. Both of them need fixing and it will be a while before they are ready to be used (If anybody could probide me with a link that has all the information that I need to fixe them, I will be really grateful!). Here they are:

Cart #1: Its kind of heavy but its almost ready to be used I just need to change the wood and add breaks, etc.

Cart #2: This one needs a lot to be done but its smaller and will probably weigh less once I am finish with it (if I decide to use this one). From adding wood to brakes, to shafts, etc... I might end up changing the wheels too! My dad wants to trash it but I think it will be of good use.

So, which one?

Personally, I'd go with the second one. The mechanics are more suited to a dog pulling. With the first one, you would have to hold the front end up all the time the dog is pulling, in which case you might as well just pull it yourself. All you would really need to do with the second one would be to add a hitch to begin with. What kind of harness are you going to use?

I like the second one too and I would only have to add some stuff. This Harness is what I want to use.

Does anybody have a link where they have the different parts of a cart?
