Expect respect, expect love, expect fidelity. Never settle. If you do that, and he still lives up to your expectations, he's probably a keeper. I hope, for your sake, that he is - you deserve it.

It's not "new" love per se. Just love long waited for....5 years on this 'un xD! LOL!

He's so excited about me coming. I keep debating on whether or not to bring Strauss along. Jon REALLY wants to see him (he adores GSDs...has been wanting one for years), but at the same time, I don't want Mouse to be in the way too much.

Oh well :-) I've got time to think on it

I think that's great. I've read your past posts and I was rooting for you and your friend from was it Canada to get together. I'm really happy for you though. I've got to ask , is that a wedding band on his finger in the picture?? (I'm not asking in a negative way, my husband was married before me too, I'm just curious)

Ah, Canada and I aren't meant to be, and that's ok. We've been friends way too long for it. He's actually going to ask his current GF to marry him fairly soon....none of his friends (including me) like her...we'll see how that goes (it's such a long story).

As for Jon, no, that's not a wedding band :-) He just really likes rings, especially Celtic Knots. He also has a great affinity for and love of wolves. It's why I call him Lobo, or Wulf.

I bought this for him, and he wears it every day :-)
