Oh, yeah, saddle up Handsome and away you go!

Actually, I have friends who offer "sheep camp" experiences - I think it's a pretty darn good deal.  You schedule a camp around some big chore day and then people pay for the "opportunity" to help get whatever done - shearing, hoof trimming, worming, lamb handling, etc.

I imagine that sounds like a bit of a scam - but a friend of mine reminds people how green help slows things down.  He tells of a friend who is an auto mechanic who has a sign hanging in his shop. 

"Oil Change: $15.  Watch me change the oil in your car: $20.  Ask stupid questions while I change the oil in your car: $50.  Help me change the oil in your car: $150."

I love having people over and having them help, because I like to yak and joke around, but it's true that I can do things twice as fast, or more, alone!  But if you don't have fun while farming, what's the point?  It sure isn't making me rich very fast!  Stick out tongue
