    I shockingly discovered I weighed very near 130lbs the other day which is alarming to say the very least.

     Oh! *gasp*choke*sputter*  NOT 130!!!  OMG!!!  Indifferent

    LOL, but Gina is only 4' 2"....{[Runs off with arms shielding her head]}

    TEN MINUTES TODAY! whoo hoo! I am proud of myself. THANKS those who recommended the varying up and backwards and all that. It helps tremendously. I could have probably done more but I am taking it slow at first.

    I actually do feel a bit peppier lately too...gawd I hope I don't turn into one of "those" people who LIKE working out...Surprise

    Yes, take it slow.  You don't want to get all sore and cramped and have to wait a long time to recover.

    I have a love-hate relationship with it.  A lot of times, I want to die.  But if I'm busy and have to skip a few days, I feel....fat, lol.  Also, working that hard for at least 30 mins helps me sleep a lot better.

    I ran REALLY hard last night and was surprised I lasted as long as I did since it's so hot (no AC).  For me the key is heavy distraction.  I have the TV on to something I don't really need to hear (re-runs or reality TV shows) and also listen to music on my headphones at the highest volume, stuff that really keeps me pumped.  I also have a tendency to daydream.  The more I focus on working out, the harder it is to keep going!
