How much should I ask for a PS2??

DH wants to hold onto this for some reason... he has a PS3 and hasn't played this PS2 in forever.... So i am going to sell it while he is away for a week at work (he wont even know its gone) but I don't know how much to sell for... I can't ask him because he will tell me to save it and I'm trying to get rid of stuff since we will be moving in two weeks!!!!! YAY FOR US FINALLY!

So back to point... is there anywhere I can go to find out how much I should sell for... any opinions... I am selling the working PS2 with 10 games....

Advice....? Not good with the technology stuff... this was all DH....

Sounds just like my DH. He has a PS2, an Xbox 360, a gameboy advance, and a Nintendo Wii. He NEVER plays the PS2 anymore but insists on keeping it. I would honestly check on ebay, you can get a good idea of what they are selling for on there and what people will pay for one. Alot of times game systems on there come with a bunch of games that you can find. That's what I would do at least.

PS2s (the slim version) sell brand new at Best Buy for about $120. I think $50-60 would be a good price for yours. Maybe more if you're throwing in extra games, controllers, etc.

Are you sure you want to sell it out from under him, though? Surprise What if it were, say, some dog reference book that you hadn't used in a while but think you would want to use in the future. Wouldn't you be upset if he sold it without your permission? I know I would be beyond pissed if my BF ever did something like that to me, and I wouldn't dream of doing something like that to him... but your call, of course!

He knows its pointless to have it around... He is just a pack rat... To be honest... He has had the PS3 since they first came out and hasn't looked at the PS2 since... I found it buried in the closet... I asked him about it a week ago and his response was "i might play it some day, just put it back in there...." haha....

I see where your coming from but he will understand... :)

Hehe you have one of those guys too?! JJ tried to do that with magazines he found when we were packing up to move to this house. He was throwing stuff away and came across the magazines and put them in a different pile. I asked him what he was going to do with those and he said he might read them again one day. You know where the magazines are? In the trailer a mile down the road "waiting" for him to read them again. Confused

I have a DS he wont let me sell. I dont play the thing let me sell it!!!!!
