Mindless chatter - Thurs

I am in a better mood today. Thank goodness yesterday sucked. I could not for the life of me pull myself out of my funk.

 My boyfriend has been in boot camp (for the Army) for almost 2 weeks, and I still haven't gotten a letter with his address.

I am frustrated.

"mindless" fits me to a tee today. My son is getting married on Saturday and for the last little while I've been crazy busy. Today the list is pretty much cleared off but I can't keep my brain from racing. I know the next 2 days are the calm before the storm and I should take the opportunity to relax. But NO!!! I just feel at odds, anxious and excited.

Funny little story. I treated myself to a pair of expensive hose for the wedding and even bought a 2nd pair for back up. Total bill - $55.00 and change. The same day I picked up a pair of shorts, new Tshirt and socks for my son (groom) and dropped them off at the apartment so he could pack them for his honeymoon. The next morning I got an email from my soon to be daughter-in-law so excited and thanking me for the new stockings and how perfect they were and how lucky she was ....... I could have cried! Those were my stockings! Didn't have the heart to tell her so needless to say I was back at the mall for 2 more pair. I will be sporting $110 legs on Saturday. LOL!

I got the worst stomach cramps...but its a gorgeous day out so that makes up for it!

Going to buy some stuff to drink and some snacks for the concert on Saturday. I'm also excited that I am getting alot of interest from companies to be a promotional model at events. I "may" do one tomorrow for Habitat for Humanity and I am doing a 3 day one for the Wii Fitness Tour beginning  late next week which I am very very excited about!

One of my BFF's got to meet Sarah Jessica Parker at the premiere in NYC.  She told her "You are so lovely!"  To which SJP responded "YOU are so lovely!"  lol!

I am leaving tonight - just waiting for the shuttle to come pick me up in the next 10 minutes or so.  So excited, but there just always feels like I am leaving something behind.  I am sad that I can't bring Gracie back to hang with all her buddies and meet my parents new dog.  She would love it.  *sigh*

Have a great weekend all!!!  I am escaping the 104 degree weather for 70s back in NH!

I'm really not good on Thursdays.  Dragging myself around and forgetting stuff, inluding my lunch.

 Finally something going my way. I just transferred a credit card balance that had 25% interest (@#$^#%$$#$%) to a low interest credit card. Phew. I feel much better now. That 25% interest was killing me.
