My co-workers all love Starbucks but it just always tastes burned to me. There is a local chain here called Firehook that I love but the one closest to my house has burned-tasting coffee too and the workers in it are pretty miserable to deal with. Whenever I am downtown by my old office I go to that location instead :) Otherwise, my favorite is DD. Their coffee is just good! I buy it by the pound and make it at home...that way I'm not tempted by the donuts as often lol
