So, we're getting 'Muggle' on Saturday! He's a Cardigan Welsh Corgi, no points as of yet but I'm allowed to do what I will with him. Which means, if I come up with some extra cash we'll both be experimenting a bit in the show ring. I'm also planning on flyball and maybe rally through K-9 OTC near-ish to our house. We're going to be co-owning, because the breeder still wants to keep him in her program, especially because he's not a PRA carrier, but her partner says she has to pare down a bit with all of the dogs in the house (especially since they've got a lot of work to do remodeling their house this summer). He's a Harry P grandson. There is some concern about hip dysplasia in his full brother that's still being investigated, but she found out that he's 47 pounds and working heavily in agility, so she thinks it was a weight issue that put stress on his hips, not that he has dysplasia. If she finds out that it's genetic dysplasia, then we are very likely to be allowed to drop the co-ownership and he would be ours. (I dearly hope it's not dysplasia. His brother is now on a definite crash diet. He's only supposed to be about 37 lbs. She said she'd kill us if we ever let Muggle get that heavy.

And then, while I'm here, these are my kids! The Balach has just turned 9 months on the first, and the Poppet turned three in March. Time certainly flies. Absolutely crazy!
