Report card for Puppy

Okay get out your creative hats and let's have some fun! I am boarding and training the puppy from hades. He is a "pistol" and will take a lot of work . I have until the end of July when I hand him off to his Forever mom with her adored boy Kota. Kota sends his Mom letters from "Camp Bwana" in a photo journal format I write about his adventures and mom stays connected and happy. She sends them to all of her friends and relatives. Smile

But the Brat is another story. I bred Kota and love him dearly, I agreed to the puppy as Kota loves the company of the pack and being an only dog again would not be a happy thing for him. The Mom loves my dogs, they are happy well socialized easy to live with. ( I work very hard as a breeder to make sure my puppies have the best shot at life) . Unfortunatly not every breeder has the time or the "equipment". ( I have grandkids, a pack and a really full life , pups go everywhere with me) Mom laughed as she said good bye to her much loved boy saying to her new and incredibly good looking boyfriend, "You can't go wrong with a puppy trained by Bonita, it is worth every penny. Like a Private Boarding School" Hmmmm that gave me an idea.... Since Kota comes home to "G'mas and G'pas" to go to "Camp" I guess the new kid can be in "Private Boarding School" So I have to work on the journal today for Kota. I thought I could design a "report card" . I need an early evaulation and then ... Come on all of you who actually went to a Boarding school tell me the language, give me the vocabulary and let me know how to design this?? I am , alas a public school kid, always have been , always will be...

I have a motor board complete with tassle Star to put on him to show he has finally stopped messing in his crate the second he is finished eating. Little successes right?

So what would he be graded on?? Wink Social Studies would be obvious, then we have Geography as we travel a good bit and he will be tagging along I can insert a postcard or graphic of the state... Math ...?? Science? Home wreck I mean EC ?? Hmm come on guys I know you all are wickedly clever and we can have fun with this. If I had the first clue how to insert pics I could post the reports to the list just for fun. What a geek I know Geeked Oh and I have to get started yesterday hee hee

That sounds like a really nice idea! Not very creative so the only thing I could think of was Recess (sp?) and you could put in pics of him playing with the pack and grandkids. It's not a class, but as every kid knows, its VERY important :o)

I love it !! The kids are having a blast with him, I can put Bobby's baseball hat on him and a t ball stand , bat and ball for a pic too... I think that will be a great set of pics!!

Private boarding schools typically have houses that the students are split into for grouping, competitions and rooming arrangements - think of the different houses in the Harry Potter stories. Usually the colour on the tie indicates your house.

There is a school report and and a residence report. One is for grades and learning achievements while the other is for general manners, health, cleanliness and chores. This means that one report says how well you are doing in Social Studies (obedience training) and one report says how well you are doing in residence (crate training, socialization).

Of course, Kota should have a cell phone and ipod - definitely a computer!! Then there is the school mascot - maybe one of the human kids or a cat?
