After Max would take a swim he would dry off by rolling in the sand, Then he'd shake it all over you!

Dylan and Max are the picture of peace.  You'll have to frame that one!

The picture of Max and Dylan is precious!  Definitely frame-worthy!  You're making me sad that my dogs won't be joining me on my trek up and down the PCH in 2 weeks!  :(  How was the weather?  I'm still trying to decide what to pack!

I like that one too. Angel

Call me stupid but what is PCH? The weather was great! Warm but not to hot with a slight breeze, the wateron the other hand was was freezing! Paradise

LOL!  Pacific Coast Highway.  :)  We'll be driving from about Morro Bay to the Monterey area on our way back from Newport Beach.  We're taking the quicker freeway route from Vacaville down to Newport Beach for the first part of our trip.  PCH will be the return trip so my friend, who's doing all the driving will be on the inside lane rather than the ocean side which would make her nervous.  I'm hoping the mild weather holds, I'm just not in the mood for sightseeing and exploring if it's too hot.

I had no idea Oregon had a desert!  And I lived in Monterey and Tacoma for years, but never heard of a desert in Oregon!

Other than Maui, Carmel is my favorite place!! I was amazed the first time I was there at how dog friendly it was. My brother lives about 2 blocks up from the beach and 2 blocks down from the Carmel Bakery. What a life!! Big Smile
