What would look nice here? (Sowilu)

I pulled the root of a bush (like the one with pink flowers on the right) from this area. The bush was very sickly and it was not in the best of shape or condition so I decided to pull it out. It left a big hole and I was wondering that maybe I could put either a small pond or a small fountain. When it comes to garden stuff my dad usually agrees to what I do so he told me to do some research and find out which one would look better. I could do a small pond and throw in some gold fish (I have kept fish before so I know what to do) or a fountain (depending on how big I could probably throw in a couple of goldfish as well), which one do you think would look better?

(If I get a chance tomorrow I will measure the area)

Its kind of hard to say which would look better since you really can't see the area very well. Just a big hole in the ground. For instance is it in a high traffic area of the yard? Will people see it when they come over? Or is it off somewhere out of sight. Is there a window over it? The pink flowers beside it, are they a bush, a tree, or a hanging plant? Can you zoom out a bit?

We live in a small town and the road I live in has traffic going by it everyday but its not heavy traffic. I had a zoom out picture but it was blurry so I have to get a new one. I will take a picture tomorrow.

No no, I didn't mean road traffic. I mean is it a part of the yard that is used all the time? For instance, in some yards there is a patio area where people like to congregate, a play area where the kids run and play, and the area behind the shed that houses a family of raccoons that the people don't even know exist. So the patio and play area are high traffic, and behind the shed is not. Basically, is this area a place that people are going to be a lot of the time? People that either live in your home or are visiting?
