Been looking to replace the BLACK ceiling fan/light combo in her room since we moved in. But you know...other things have priority and it works fine.
This weekend tho I did find something at Lowe's that I loved...a CHANDELIER...it's tiny and frilly and adorable. I'd seen designers use them in the various rooms in nurseries and girls rooms but wasn't even sure I could find something like that cheap enough. Lowe's had the one below for $70 which was cheaper than the pink ceiling fan we were considering.
Lily and I are going to change out the dangling beads to pink or purple when we find something we like...as her room's done in both colors. I love how it looks up there, so girly lol. My husband just shook his head when he installed it and said "well...it looks girly alright"...pfft on him LOL. I am thinking of weaving in some sheer fabric below it....and getting some cute little shades for the bulbs...
We found the black fan had dark wood blades on the reverse so we put that one into Eli's room as his was really old.
Just had to crow about my find!
