I saw a collie mix I would love to take home on petfinder but I dont want to rush into getting another dog so soon after Jayde. I dont know if that would be right of me. 

I was wondering where you'd been, I hadn't seen you post much. But I haven't been around either, so.... :)

I've been around, just not as much. I'm ridiculously busy. Emma's just started another obedience class (which makes FOUR a week!), so we're training pretty hard

I can't have him, because I just don't have the time to start with an adult dog, right now. He'd probably need to learn the basics, like standing for a nail trim, behaving in the house, not stealing food. No doubt he was "too hyper" in his last home. I don't have the time to devote to him, and still give Emma what she's getting. Also, Emma's health problems are such that she can't be wrestling and bouncing off of things. If I brought him home, it'd be WrestleMania around here! 

Cute face, but his name IS "Ripper" and he needs a home without kids?  sheesh -- "wrestlemania" is right LOL -- he is READY for ***ACTION***!!!!!

Awww, he's cute!  I browse Petfinder way too much, that's how we ended up with Cruiser. I saw him when browsing randomly and knew he was the one even though we weren't actually planning on getting a second dog quite yet. 

I have to stay far far away from Petfinder.  You just can't help but want to go get'em.  And, I'm just not in a position to bring in another dog, right now.  Be strong Jennie. 

Well, Emma pretty much needs a home without kids, too. I'm sure I could handle him, if I had the time to give to him. I'm sure he's got issues. He was probably "too hyper" and nipped at the kids (Emma nips, too, when she's over stimulated). He's probably not house trained, and likely counter surfs. It'd be a lot to deal with, when I already have one dog with big health and behavioral management needs. He sure is a cutie pie, though. I hope somebody gives him a really fantastic home. He looks like a really great dog.

I'm constantly torturing myself looking at Petfinder and Craig's List too...it's awful.  I want to save all of them, yet I cannot!  He was a cutie though.
