Things I like:

• Holding my fiancee's hand, while he has Apollo's leash in the other hand, and going for a nice long walk on a summer night.
• Finding a great fitting/looking pair of jeans...on sale!
• Taking a long drive along the beach, alone, with my radio blaring a good song that I can sing to.
• Putting my pj's on and being able to stay in, get comfy, and watch a good romantic comedy with a big bowl of buttered popcorn and a Diet Coke to wash it down.
• Shutting my house phone off and taking a long, hot, shower.
• Going hiking on a crisp fall day, or apple picking.
• Accidentally bumping into my fiancee's ex-girlfriend when I look WAY better than her (a little synical, I know, but it makes me happy!).
• Meeting up with old girl friends, splitting a bottle of wine, and gossip about old highschool moments.
• Fresh, clean, flannel sheets on my bed in the middle of winter.
• Christmas Eve with my family- eating tons of traditional food, laughing, getting the presents arranged under the tree, feeling anxious, going to midnight mass.
• Thanksgiving day, going to my old highschool for the rivary football game vs. the neighbor town...seeing all my old teachers and friends and their families.
• Fresh, in season, McIntosh apples...I could eat a dozen in a sitting, but I don't!

Cooking, especially baking, and I'm getting into cake decorating. I don't like the excess body fat that comes from eating my baked goods though.. lol

My family, most especially my cousin's kids (Alleen, nearly 5, and Thomas, 3 1/2 months), and my nephew (Noah, 2 1/2).

Being in the same room, same city, or dang, even same state, as all three of my sisters, both of my "brothers," and my Mom. It gives me warm fuzzies.

My childhood toys, especially my three stuffed dogs. Pombe (pronounced "pom-bee"...maybe obvious, but maybe not..), whom my sister gave me when I was 2 and in the hospital, from either an asthma attack or dehydration..I've heard both versions recently. To this day no one knows where I got the name "Pombe". Tray-Tray (named because I was OBSESSED with the plastic trays they have in hotel rooms...seriously, I was a weird kid), who I got in Mystic, CT when I was 3. And Pizza, who I don't know where I got, but I also got at 3, and named, well..because I liked pizza.

New socks, when they're still all cushy and soft.

Hooded pullover sweatshirts...when they're still all cushy and soft. lol

Iced coffee.. especially this "Folger's Gourmet" caramel flavored stuff I got today, with vanilla soymilk..good grief it's yummy.

Hugs from my best friend, because I get them so rarely..which I guess is how it goes when you move to the opposite sides of the country.

And last but not least...you guys!
