A friend sent me that link and my first thought was that it's easier to ride those movements than train the dog to do them! The one thing that did confuse me is why the handler would be wearing equestrian gear at a dog show. Seems a little silly, but maybe that's what she was going for!
I don't think she was trying to be silly, I think she was acting as if she's a rider... giving a dressage performance. If she'd been wearing jeans and a t-shirt it wouldn't have had the same impact. And while it's easier to ride the movements than train a dog to do them, it's still harder to train a horse to do them, than a dog to. Like TashaKota said, they are trained from the ground often :)
At anyrate, WAY cool. After watching that I taught logan to high step with his front, it's fairly easy.
It was really cool and I'm now hooked, Logan and Nik will learn to dance :)
