Hi Everyone I thought we would introduce ourselves....
I am Shalva and I share my home with seven retrievers, goldens and flat coated retrievers. We show and compete in obedience, hunt, and will be adding agility (as soon as I get off crutches) and rally to the mix. We breed for conformation BUT also working ability, it is very important to us that our dogs be able to do what the breeds were intended to do.
The dogs range in age from meghan our foundation bitch who is 7.5 to the puppies from my litters this past summer Meir 10 mos and Emmett 8 mos.
I am a University Professor and my husband an engineer who also teaches obedience. I don't breed often, only when we are planning to keep a puppy and at the present time we are planning to import a puppy from the UK as soon as the right pup hits the ground.
I am a stained glass artist in my spare time..... so that keeps us quite busy.....
I am not sure what else to say... so that is it in a nutshell.....
