• Buster needs well wishes --UPDATE!! georgie4682 Posted : 4/26/2007 7:58:40 AM Buster went in for surgery just about a half hour ago to have a perianal mass/tumor removed.  He is 12 years old and my baby.  I am so worried about him and having this surgery at his age.  The vet worries that it may be cancerous so we had to remove it.  On my way home I just cried and cried, I didn't realize just how upset I was about this.  []  The surgery was supposed to be on Tuesday, but they had to reschedule.  I had taken the whole day off from both jobs just so I could be the one who drops him off and picks him up.  Now today I could only get off one job and I have to go in at 4 so I won't be the one picking him up; I feel terrible. Send us your good thoughts, we need them.  I know you guys are so good with that. • georgie4682 Posted : 4/26/2007 11:23:11 AM The surgeon just called me with good news!  He came through with no problems and I could hear him barking/screaming in the background (that's normal for him, nothing to worry about)!!   So my baby will be coming home around the time I go to work and I will get to see him tonight.   She did find a tumor in his jaw, but she believes it is benign so we will be watching it for growth.    But thanks for the well wishes![] 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
