rwbeagles-(un)Healthy lunch challenge!

Way past lunchtime for me, but I am drinking a diet coke and eating something that is basically a giant profiterole...a ball of pastry covered in chocolate and filled with whipped cream.

The description sounds a lot yummier than it actually is, but it was pretty good.

 2 hard boiled eggs on toast slathered in an inch of so of butter.  Washed that down with the last of the Coke.  Kali got applesauce too. 

For dinner I think I'll make some noodles, maybe carbonara.  And I found a rootbeer in the back of the fridge.  I tried to snack on some ketchup chips but they made me gag.  

Oh and for dessert I'm having leftover habbybirdaykake from Kale's party with icecream.  

I went to IKEA with a neighbor for lunch.  I had the little shrimp salad/w lettuce and sliced hard boiled egg on a piece of rye bread, a bowl of New England clam chowder and a glass of lingonberry soda. Yum!

I had airport food. *gag* It was a California Avocado sandwich from the Atlanta Bread Co, which is normally fantastic, except that they airportified it by putting it on stale bread (that wasn't even the right kind...).
