What a great story - I'm glad you were able to share it with so many people.  We've heard a lot about Bugsy, who is a fantastic dog, and it sounds like he has a fantastic hewmon as well.

 Congrats on the win! What a sweet story. Bugsy is so lucky to have found you.

 So I went in to tell them I would not be taking anything from them and lost the battle.  They said that if I would at least take a t shirt I could advertise for them.  The girl that did the contest said she must have been the only one that worked there that didn't know me

They also have done a book with photos of some of the animals that have passed through called "Shelter Pets: Celebrating 40 years of Saving Lives at the SPCA of Wake County"  She gave me a copy with a sweet personal note in there.

All in all writing 'our' story has become the best Christmas pressie I could have gotten
