Itchy Crated Dogs

My poor babies! I am not sure what to do here. My dogs are so itchy when they are in their crates. They are crated at night. It could be that we just notice it more but when they scratch, it makes the most horrendous noise.

I have considered their diet. They are both raw fed. They are relatively new to raw feeding, it's been about 3 weeks. I am not thinking that it's the diet. They don't itch like this during the day when they are uncrated. We bathed and conditioned them last night. They have shiny healthy coats and no dandruff or other skin problems.

Not sure what to do. It may just be that they are ready to get out. It usually occurs in the early morning hours. But if anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

Is there bedding in their crates?

Hmmm....I used to have a Beagle who was itchy only at shows lol. It was psychosomatic I think. He'd itch his tummy then it's sort of generalize. Nothing visible as far as hives but it was interesting. Only at shows.

Maybe it's simply a stress type of thing?

What are the crates made of? Bedding? Could be many things, pollen, dust, what treats do they get?
