In all defense, my GPA is the most comfy thing that has ever sat on my head! I practically live with it on! I have been called a skunk head then... ta da.. everyone else at the shows had one a few months later (haha). Now it seems to be the GR8 helmets that are "in". I ended my lease on my Thoroughbred and went to an Oldenburg gelding.

George... George has told me to lose a few  Huh? and I'm certainly not anorexic. He can practically get away with saying anything, I've heard him say that too.

Papillon, is that at Saint Andrews?

It wasn't at Saint Andrews, but the horse was borrowed from them Smile

Ok, I so laughed at the dressage one...even though I dont really think we are like that at all Stick out tongue

...Just so you know, I worked for years at a german warmblood registry, but my draft/tb cross kicked butt in the the dressage arena!  My friend even had a grand prix draft/tb cross.  We are not all warmblood snobs!

No, and back in the 80's, I did dressage with a little Appy mare (15 hh), all heart and brains, and precious little athleticism, but placed above some pretty famous names a coupla times:-))   I once had a clinic with Lendon Gray, and she told  me that her horse, Seldom Seen, got fan mail, and quite a lot of it was because of his diminutive size.  Now, I have an Arabian - 14.2hh.  It doesn't get any easier getting up there the older ya get, and I hate nosebleeds!

I'm completely a backyard owner. Cool
