ARGH! Must fight urge to hoard!!!

If I wasn't married to someone less inclined to save every animal they see than me, I'd have 80 dogs and 100 cats by now, I'm sure. But look at this boy! I'm in love! I hope he finds a good home. I actually emailed the poster with bloodhound rescue info. There is a local bloodhound rescue in Western PA so I said if they can't find a home they might be able to get him into rescue. Bloodhounds are just so sensitive, I'd hate to think of this guy having to go to a shelter. It's like a recipe for seperation anxiety.

What a handsome boy! Maybe you could foster him?[:D]

Oh! What a gorgeous boy! I can see why you'e tempted. I'm the same way. Luckily, my hubby is like yours. Or I'd be buried in critters by now. I probably wouldn't stop at dogs & cats either. I've always loved ferrets and parrots, too.

It is a fine person that would be willing to hoard hounds. [:D]

I would probably have a zoo if not for my hubby as well...but it's probably for the best (I try to convince myself, anyway! [:D;)

What a handsome boy! I just love the bloodhound look. I would have to restrain myself from constantly kissing on all that flubb!!

I'd be up to my eyeballs in coonhounds and bloodhounds if it weren't for my husband. I'd be covered in drool 24/7, all available soft surfaces would be occupied by sleeping hounds, and I'd have to put a note on my door that said, "Please do not ring the doorbell if you value your hearing." [:D]

Y'all should come visit me. That would cure your craving for too many dogs. (Ear plugs a must.)

Ugh, I feel your pain. My husband has to pry me away in TEARS from Petfinder on an almost daily basis.

At one point, I had 38 pet rats...most of which were rescues. It's ;pretty difficult to say "No" when someone tells you the furry little life you're holding, who trusts you and snuggles you and licks your fingers,  is going to be whacked on the head by the person it trusts and fed to a snake if you don't take it.

My husband cured me of that. And thank god. It's so nice to only have to clean cages once a week, and to spend less than $500 a month on vet bills and food. [8D]
