My neighbors should really not have animals. They live about 6 houses down from me, and their dogs are ALWAYS loose. I know they provide for them, they are very healthy, but the neighbors fence is obviously not secure. I can't take them home until after 5 o'clock because that's when they get off work, but its frustrating because they are tormenting Thor through my fence and he is getting very very agitated with this. I can't just close the backdoor because Thor can open it! He lets himself in and out (we have french doors, so its that handle that looks like a lever). So, me and Thor are having some bonding time on the couch watching movies until I can walk these dogs back home.
