out in the middle of nowhere standing in the middle of the road.
She's the kind of person who will stop and pick up an animal and bring it home, get attached then get bored and give it away to the next person.
My son wants her to take him to the shelter and I'm working on convincing her - and I also called the shelter.
They had me tell her she did the right thing/humane thing as it's been very cold at night BUT she should have taken the dog to the police in that town. And now she's obligated to bring the dog to the shelter as it's possibly someone is looking for him - my son said although skinny the dog sits/lays down on command and is very friendly.
He had no collar but could have lost it. He's older so could also be on medication he's not getting w/them.
Like talking to a brick wall....I spoke w/her last night and got the feeling everything I was saying was being ignored. So the shelter is going to let me know if she brings the dog in and if not they can get her into trouble for taking this dog since she has no right to keep him without at least informing the police she found a dog.
