I figured it was time for an update. Since just before Christmas, we have adopted out three puppies, four grown dogs (plus one more pending) and a kitty! WHOOOOPEEEE! Two of the dogs were Pitties who had been there since MARCH. Boy, did we do a happy dance when Champ and Stella went out the door.
More good news--one of our intact female cats got spayed the other day. Not unusual? Well, if you knew what our budget was, you'd consider it unusual. I checked on her this afternoon adn she was feeling fine. Anyone have room for a very sweet, loving SPAYED tabby girl?
We have the follwoing avaialbe for adoption (I will try to remember them all from memory):
A (I think) Pit/Chow mix
A Benji-type puppy (going to be large), colored like a St. Bernard!
A very sweet Lab who was a breeding machine
A mix of something (maybe Golden/ Cocker)
A purebred, very pretty Lhasa Apso (he needs grooming)
A BYB Yorkie (seet little thing)
A Lab/ Husky mix
A Rott/? mix
A Pit mix (very nice boy with good manners)
A brother and sister brindle Pit pair (should not stay together)
A Min Pin/Doxie mix-she has a long back, Doxie head, Min Pin's hackneyed gait! A real sweetie.
A dilute calico with one eye that is probably blind (blind in that eye, sees fine out of the other). She has raised her babies and is ready for a new home.
A long haird grey neutered tom--a real love bug
The tabby mentioned above
A Persian mix with the funniest bite--she looks like a bulldog! She needs to be shaved because of matting (we haven't because there's supposed to be a cold snap)
A Himalayan boy that is also matted.
A HUGE (I mean super big) sweet tom cat. He's tabby/white
A very sweet tabby and white girl.
Inky--our resident princess--been there two years. Anybody up for royalty?
LMK if there's anything that might interest you!
