Classycairn, that's actually a good idea. Many people build things in their yard without securing proper permits and checking for city easements. They could get a hefty fine.
In Glenda's case, the kid came on to her property and defaced her property and evidently the law enforcement up there doesn't care about criminal trespassing. That's why I suggested suing, which is expensive but police reports in hand certainly count for something in a civil trial.
As my mom would say if someone crossed her, "You will wish to God you had never met me." And she wasn't being grandiose. It was a simple fact. By the time she was done with you, whether you went to church or not, you did, indeed, wish to God you had never met her.
