Quick question about doggie car seats

• Quick question about doggie car seats Amy Flournoy Posted : 12/19/2006 1:45:26 PM I'm fixing to place an order for an exercise pen for my toy poodle and i also noticed on Petco, that they have dog car seats. I got a couple of reviews on their website about how good they are. • sallya Posted : 12/20/2006 12:38:56 AM Trudy just loves it. Laps are not as comfy as this for sure! She can stretch out and sleep on long trips and be all safe and snuggly. • bunni Posted : 12/20/2006 9:41:18 AM I use car seats all the time and have for years. Skidget doesn't know how to ride in a car without one. In this picture Skidget is in the 20 year old dog seat (which I've tried to replace but she's not having it) and Panama is in the "milk crate" car seat. We've tried a bunch of them. I really am not crazy about the Outward Hound because the straps from the front of the seat that go around the headrest get in the way - it works ok though. Beware of airbags. Don't let your pup sit in a seat that has them. Airbag deployment can kill a little dog.
