If you ever figure out how to get them to do the dishes please share the info!!!

lol I'm working on it  but their legs are too short

Ya gotta give them thumbs first.

I just figured out my solution!! I have a stool that's about the size of a vanity stool.   It will be perfect & won't take up too much room.  The master BR is small. [:(]

    Hey Annie,
my friend has two yorkies and she built a narrow pie-shaped ramp and put carpet the same colour as her bedroom carpet on it....
she puts it on one side of the bed and the dogs just trot up the side of the bed...

(ps...give those cute puppers of yours hugs from me & Talus)

It's going DOWN that's scary, right? So how about a little slide with a pile of blankets at the end of it? You could hide treats in the blankets....

OMG, Jeano, watching Aspen jump off the kills me.  He doesn't seem to have the rubberized legs that Grady has.  Unfortunately our bed room is kind of small & a ramp is out of the question.  I'm working on getting Aspen used to the little bench.  We'll see how that goes.

We always used this small stool my grandma bought me when I was a little girl.  It's brown (and fugly) and looks like a turtle.  It has a carpet type covering on it and FeFe just began using it as soon as we placed it on the side of the bed.  Hope your bench works!!

I had the same problem but it wasn't the dogs who had a hard time with the bed it was me!

Depending on where you bought the bed you can tell them you want 'low profile' box springs instead of the normal ones.  It will lower the bed a good 6" or more.

I know! ~L~  I just didn't like them.  They also take up a good amount of space & DH has asked that he'd not stubb his toes on it.  The Stairz would stick out too far from the bed.  Actually the stool is working for now.  AND I've found a benefit for me.  I can get on the bed now too without having to jump myself!! ~L~
