    I am totally amazed!!!

I have to post this because this is so awesome. A week ago, Max's right ear was disgusting. When I cleaned it, I got a load of black gunk out of it. Jaime told me to get some of this stuff [linkhttp://www.dog.com/itemdy00.asp?T1=221175+002&Cat=]http://www.dog.com/itemdy00.asp?T1=221175+002&Cat=[/link] . It's supposed to be an 8 day cycle, day 1 wipe the ears with some mineral oil on a qtip, then 7 days of the powder. Then repeat the cycle until the qtip is clean. Day 1 the qtip was totally black, I used both sides, and I could have done a few more before it was clean. Today was day 6 of the cycle. Today I stuck another qtip in, and it came out totally clean. I am amazed. This stuff is great. It does look expensive, but I haven't used much of it at all. I'll definitely buy some more of it if I ever use it all.

That stuff looks great.  And if you only need to use a little bit,  that really brings the cost of using it down a lot - way cheaper than a lot of vet visits. [;)]

What are the ingredients in this powder?

    Jen,
I'm glad you liked it and I bet Max does too!!

I have had much success with this powder when it involved swollen, black gunky ears. I first got turned on to it by one of the owners who wanted to promote the product to us. She felt so strongly in her product she sent me a bottle to try out for Bubba before I posed it to the Marketing division. I used it and saw a difference in Bubba's ears within days. Of course food is still an issue with him and that is a work in progress.

Ingredients: Zinc Oxide, Boric acid, Iodoform, Alum powders.

I don't think he enjoys any part of my putting stuff in his ears, but he doesn't know that the other option was to go to the vet.
