Doggie Daycare!

• Doggie Daycare! Lynn Barlendokk Posted : 11/21/2006 10:08:44 AM (Some of you may have read my post about dog breeding...well my friend and I had another chat yesterday about other 'dog jobs' and came up with doggie daycare). What do you think about it? I actually think that it would be a lot of work, not that great of income (unless you owned your own place), but tons of rewarding experiences. Now my niece (I've talked about her on here before) is going around telling people she's going to own  a doggie daycare. It's adorable how she's got her pen and paper out for "important business plans". [] Anyways, she does seem quite serious and I wouldn't dare underestimate her so do you guys have any tips I could pass on? • houndlove Posted : 11/21/2006 10:43:06 AM I've often thought about dog daycare--not necissarily for me but hypothetically. I think the main problem in owning a day care would be finding a blanace between charging enough that you can actually make a profit and not charging so much that you drive customers away. I don't use the daycare in my area despite the fact that I think it's a great idea and I know both my dogs would likely benefit from it because a) all the locations are too far from my neighborhood and b) it is prohibitively expensive. 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
