Hello from Indiana

• Hello from Indiana stormyknight Posted : 12/15/2006 10:10:27 PM Hi all, I just stumbled upon this forum today and after reading a few posts, thought it would be a great place to join! A short intro on myself: I'm located in Indiana (as the title of this thread would lead you to believe []) and work at the local animal shelter as a secretary, which I love. I am also completing my undergrad now and will then move on to a graduate degree in nonprofit management. I am currently owned by a whole slew of animals - 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 horses. My two dogs are from the shelter - Lexi, roughly 3 year old Belgian Malinois (from what we can tell) and Lilly, 4 month old mini schnauzer. My animals are my kids and I can't imagine my life without them. Looking forward to learning lots and getting to know some of the members on here! [] What I have is a fiance who keeps saying "Ok Kris, this is the last one we're taking in...I mean it this time!" [] He never does really mean it, but living in a 2 BR condo with no fenced in yard helps keep me in check; I'll be in trouble when we have an actual house. I did almost bring home a charming English pointer today - 7 year old female, neglected, nervous and anxious, but sweet as they come.
