Kind of an Intro

Hey guys! I've made a few posts here so I'm not sure if I should post in the intro or not, but I'm so excited that the idea made it on here.
My name is Alexis, I'm almost 18 (dec. 31 is my birthday) and I'm in my third semester of college. I am currently working on my AA in English.
I am an avid animal lover, and have recently gotten very interested in dogs.
I've been around dogs all my life and grew up knowing how to treat them the right way, but It has only been within the last year I have had the responsibility of a puppy.
I have 2 cats Maximillion and Virtue (Both boys)
a hamster (female- Celo --said "kel-oh";)
a chinchilla (Tybalt the Cheat-male)
a Dachshund mix puppy (male-Plato)
and I claim my 8 year old brother's APBT (male-Thor)

I've posted some pictures of Plato and Thor, but I'll post a few of the other animals on this post later on when I get them uploaded..so if people want to come back and look they can.

I just thought I'd give a little intro, I've been wandering around, asking questions more than I have been giving useful information..but I hope that will change as I get familiar with the forum.

I'm glad you posted and welcome!

I must tell you, I love the pic of Thor! back in the day, blue amstaffs/APBT's were my favorite color! I too had a dog name Thor who eventually went to a pet home, I'll have to go digging for some old pictures of my blue kids

Thanks Jamie, I'd love to see them! I'd take some more pics of Thor for you but he is feeling a little under the weather today, I think he had a stomach virus yesterday..The vet said for us to give him some Kaopectate and if he doesn't get better than to bring him in, but I think his stomach is settling.

I really like the centralized Welcome/Intro area...

So belated welcome to you Alexis! Do post the other fur kids when you get the chance and I hope the very charismatic Thor feels better soon!
