Thanks for the tip. Can you flush paper towel?

I just went out a bought a package of cloth diapers. And then the next day I went out and bought covers![:D] Duh! Didn't know I need them. Figured that out in a hurry! lol. I only use them at home during the day cause they need to be changed more often than disposables IMO. But I'm liking them so far. I only have 8, so thats a day and then I have to do a quick load of laundry before bed to have fresh diapers for the next day but IMO worth it.

Quick question though. I bought liners with them and those are flushable, but wipes are not. What do you do for cleaning? I guess I could use tp and a cloth and just throw the cloth in the wash with the diapers. Any other suggestions?

I just use wet facecloths for wipes, then I just can throw them in the wash with the diapers. I keep a peri bottle full of water in a little bucket with the wipes and then when I grab a wipe, I just squirt it. They work about 20x better than disposable wipes! I get poohs off with one maybe two cloth wipes where it take my 6 disposable wipes.

ETA: Anyone who uses cloth diapers that have to be folded should look into getting a snappi. They're sooo much easier than pins and there's no risk of poking baby. http://www.snappibaby.com/generic0.html

Also, if you invest in a few wrap-style cover (ones that have velcro and go on like disposables) rather than pull-on pants, you can just fold the diaper into a rectangle and lay it into the cover.
