• So sad but asking for fingers crossed... tashakota Posted : 3/6/2006 3:14:47 PM My BF and I are moving.  We've sold our home and looking to downsize.  We looked at a   place on Sat and loved it and put in an offer right away.  Apparently they have gotten multiple offers and are taking another over ours.  We are a backup offer for them, but not first in line.    Just asking for fingers crossed that we'll find a decent place before we have to move May 1st. I'm afraid that if we don't find the right place, I'm going to have to give up the agility club I just started.  That would be very sad indeed... Will be keeping my fingers crossed here in FL for you.  If it helps any - we had a contract on a house and then discovered undisclosed problems so backed out.  The sellers refused to return the deposit which hurt.  Took appealing to the Realtor board and waiting 6 months to get it back but was worth it.  The 2nd house we made an offer on they had just accepted a contract on but it fell through so we were able to get it since we had a pre-approved loan (they didn't have to worry about financing falling through with us!).    Good luck - we will be praying things work out! 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
