Ron is totally right. If even you think of it as temporary - to take some of the pain out of this week/this month until you feel better. Then you and your doctor can decide what to do next.
You're capable of so much, regardless of whether you allow that channel to flow or not. The more you stop it from being expressed, the more backed up and heinous and awful your inner turmoil becomes. If you ever considered yoga, try it now. Sounds weird, I know, but it gives you a mental image of what to do with those negative feelings that seem to chew up and overwhelm you from the inside out. You've got to get them out.
Take time for yourself, but don't disappear. Stay connected, in whatever small way you can. Your value is not determined by individual circumstances - you are worth far more than any external experience. Chin up - even the current situation is temporary. TEMPORARY! No matter how long you focus on it being the same, you'll only make it
seem to last longer. You can shift your paradigm - I have faith in you.
Good luck and be good to yourself. Think of how you would treat your best friend in similar circumstances and do that for yourself now.
