• animal planet cops Krista J Posted : 7/26/2006 9:42:15 PM Ok im watching that one animal precinct show. I watch it often. And I realized that alot of dogs that are chained up all have locks on their chains. As if someones gonna just walk up and take there dog which totaly aggressive. Why do you think they use locks when they tie there dogs up? Do they really thinks its gonna keep the dog on the chain or something? • tina robinson Posted : 7/27/2006 2:24:08 AM I know a lady that puts a chain and lock on her golden retriever when she walks it because some people did try and take it from outside a store once.  Other people in town seen them taking the dog off the leash and yelled and they left, then the people waited until the lady was back and told her.
