Personally, I find it revolting that someone would assume that I am in need of conversion to their religion, rather than continuing to believe in my own, and that they would think they can just walk (make that trespass) onto my property and disturb me at dinner, doing my gardening, or drinking iced tea on the porch.  Also, if you think Mormons and Jehovah's witnesses should be respected, perhaps they should have better manners and leave as soon as they are asked.  All people deserve respect, and, to me, it is disrespectful to infer that other faiths are "less than" by assuming yours is the one that everyone should believe, and sending out missionaries to convert the masses.  No one needs to be saved by anyone other than the deity they choose of their own free will.  If I want instruction in a faith, I'll seek it out.  Otherwise, don't assume everyone is Christian, and don't bother knocking on my door.  Hint: Sequoyah's rate for chasing religious zealots away is only $40/hour.  [;)]
