I have to say this, because I worked at natural food stores for years and have had to explain this to a lot of people, but the only difference between organic and nonorganic food is how the ingredients are grown. So organic rice crispies made by the same company that makes regular rice crispies are going to taste exactly the same. They'll just use organically grown rice, organically grown sugar (or corn for corn syrup, I have no idea what's actually in rice crispies), etc.... Same ingredients, just different sourcing. Same taste.
The store that I worked at in Maryland was entirely owned and run by women (not on purpose, it just worked out like that) and we had an entire aisle of organic chocolate. People used to come in and make faces about how nasty organic chocolate must taste, and whether that means that it's chocolate that's "good for you". Fortunately and unfortunately, respectively, the answers are "no" and "no". Organic chocolate tends to taste better than commercial just because the companies that make it are small companies that take a lot of time and special effort in making their product (and have no problem selling a bar for $3), but other than that--the same. Organically crown cocoa beans, organically grown sugar, organically grown vanilla. Not good for you, but oh so delicious.
