• schleide Posted : 10/12/2006 4:02:08 PM I am now 29 my parents had me in the Kumon program for math for a short while when I was young (probably 12 years old).  I hated math and had it in my head that I couldn't do it...  I am not sure if I actually didn't understand, or if I really just didn't like math, and this was many years ago - but their methods worked (at that time, they were mostly based upon repetition and making the child really comfortable with numbers and famiilar with them) and while I hated every minute - I think they helped me... 0 LIKE Like Share You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available.
