Go us, that makes her the 5th Miss Universe from Puerto Rico, wow. 2 years ago Puerto Rico won, last year PR was the first runner up and this year we win again!!   I was hoping for Puerto Rico to take first place but I was sure Japan would win. Well Japan got 1st runner up.
