Tough couple of days

Me too, Glenda.  Drives me nuts to be all closed up with cold air blowing on me. This is what DH and I go 'round and round about in the winter.  If he's going to be in the bathroom for more than 2 minutes, he absolutely has to have the heater on.  But I keep the winter temp on the thermostat set at 65 - and I have to make sure that if I'm going to take a shower the darned thing is OFF.  For me, the hot water running heats the bathroom up plenty, and the last thing I want is to stop out of the shower and have 65 degree air blowing on me. [:@]

I was going to say that I think you should know me better by now. Were you here in December when I was posting a thread concerning Shadow's neuter? Or my posts in response to accidental pregnancies, as well as proper breeding practices, which also include not breeding? As we were getting her, I mentioned that we need to consult the vet as to when to spay her and since she's already had a first heat (that we know of. She's about 5 months old now, we think.) I'm certainly ready to have her spayed. Shadow's ready. He politely puts up with her antics and her presentation of self for mating with gentlemanly aplomb. (Blink, yawn, return to nap.)

Ron??  Did I miss something here??  Or is one of us in the wrong thread? [:D][:D]

I thought I was replying to Shari's Mom. Sorry for the confusion. She was asking if we are going to have Jade spayed, as if we would think otherwise.

I accidently sent this to Fuzzy Dog's Mom. Anyway, no harm, no foul.

I am with you .. I never turn on my air.  I have to be cooped up all winter due to the extreme cold but I will not be cooped up year round

No problem, Ron.  It doesn't take much to confuse me these days. [:D]

Joyce, it would probably help if I hadn't semi-hijacked the thread.

Ron, I apologize.  I know better w/you.  My brain was elsewhere.  I won't attempt to make any other lame excuses.

BTW, how's the weather down there? [8|]

According to the weather indicator on computer, it is 88 F. And the house is cool. I had to repair a wire to the compressor twice yesterday afternoon. Tomorrow, I can make it by an ac supply house and get more wire. Essentially, it's 10 awg wire with really thick insulation. I usually use THHN in my job, which is good for 194 F, gas and oil resistant. But I would rather make sure I get the right wire for the application. As long as it will hold out, I want to wait for a cool time to replace the wire and not have this problem again. Otherwise, I will have new wire and if it goes out tomorrow, I will be ready for it.

As regards the bit about spaying, no harm, no foul. No skin off of my cooled off nose and you meant well.
