Fatty is no longer fat.....

Fatty kitty has been on a diet since January, and today is the first time I have EVER witnessed her leapig onto the kitchen counter. She started leaping onto the window ledge a few weeks ago, but the counter was all new to her. You should have seen her gearing up for the big leap, she sat on the floor, gathering momentum and bouncing until she had the nerve to try ...... and drumroll please, chubby butt has made it! I really am pretty proud of her, less than 6 months ago she was so fat that instead of cleaning herself, she could only do "air-licks". Now she is only slightly overweight, and can not only clean herself, but jump onto the counter top!

Maybe she jumped onto the counter hoping for a dog biscuit???

Fatty is 3 years old and we used to call her Blanco. As she got chubbier, we changed her name to fatty kitty [

].Fatty is responsible for turning DH (pet man to her) from a cat hater, to a cat lover. DH carries Fatty all over the house and loves her dearly!

lease ignore my ugly orange countertops![:'(] I am halfway through my kitchen remodel, and have not finished installing all the new countertops yet.

wow, good job, she looks great!! I find it hard to put my cats on a diet. They drive me insane with meowing when they feel they didn't get enough to eat.[

I have buckled down again and am cutting back their portions as they can stand to lose about 1 lb each.

Awwww! Fatty, you look MAHVELOUS! She does look quite pleased with herself!

I think the orange countertops serve to show off the kitty fka Blanco quite beautifully!

whinny_g : Fatty kitty has a whole bunch of nicknames, none of them very nice. Chubby butt, flabby tabby, fatty cream pie, pudgy princess and chunky monkey to name a few. [&:]

Fatty's catster page is the only one I update on a regular basis. Mostly because DH likes reading her diary entries! They are all written from Fatty's

respective, and discuss her trials and tribulations in dealing with her silly human-servents.
