My, how fast they grow up! (Slick pics)

I know, when will I just accept it? He's a dog now, not a puppy.. (I'll keep repeating this to myself until it sinks in!)

Anyway - here's my "dog" Slick in action at the park yesterday!

And here are a few of him just looking all grown up and handsome:

Awww, he is sooo handsome!! I know what you mean about still thinking of them as puppies.  Dasher will be 18 months in April and I still call him puppy!!

[:)]I know (sighs) it's so hard to accpet the fact that they're dogs now[:(]. Seems only like yesteraday that they were wee puppies[8|].

He's so handsome!  Just look at that shiny coat and happy face [:)]

Its so hard to see your puppy grow up and them call them a dog. I still call Blue a puppy and he is 2 years old. So I guess I should give in too that Blue is no longer a puppy he is a *gulp* a dog. [;)]

What a tall, dark, and handsome MAN you are, Slick! They grow up so fast, don't they? ::: sniff ::: I remember when you could pick up Slick w/ one hand...
    • Gold Top Dog
Hmm, I think I still see some puppy in that precious face. [;)]

Aww... Slick is all grown up
    • Gold Top Dog
Awww, what a pretty lab!  He is so shiny!

I still Jasmine a puppy and she's almost 3 and I didn't even know her as a puppy.  Like if DH picks me up from work and doesn't bring her, I'll ask, Where's the puppy?  LOL!
    • Gold Top Dog
He's still a pupper.  A VERY handsome pupper.  Just look at his face & his gorgeous coat.  He'll ALWAYS be your puppy.

Awww.. Slick is growed up!! But hey, Boss is almost 2 and I still call him puppy and I'm sure I'll do the same with Gracie.

All right then, since I have all of your support - he will continue to be "puppy" indefinitely!! (YEAH)  The killer, was that the same day I took these pics, I also removed the divider in his enormous crate AND switched him to a size L Easy Walk harness.  It was all too much for me!  LOL

Stella, it's almost impossible to believe that I could ever scoop him up in one hand.  Now, when he walks on my legs in bed (nice, I know..) he leaves bruises.  [:@]
