She'll be 8 weeks then? She looks tiny. Esp for a Boxer...the doming on her head seems more than usual as well....has she been checked for hydrocephalus? that happens in brachiocephalic breeds. Is she smaller than the rest of the pups?

I hope I'm only being a worry wort here...but given the dam's rough whelp....

Good luck with your puppy. [:)]

She's very cute, maybe when you get her home and give her some loving and good food she won't look quite so thin.

From your previous posts I see she was born April 13 - Will the breeder let her stay a couple more weeks?? At 6 weeks she's not quite ready to leave mom and the littermates yet.

Wow so not even 8 weeks.

I can see from the other posts the speculations on the breeder are sadly ;proving accurate, if anything because of their bad start these babies should be staying with Mom LONGER than 8 weeks, *sigh*.

I understand the new owner is a middle schooler so hopefully your parents will be giving you lots of help with your new puppy...again, good luck to you both.

she will be 8 weeks  on that monday

    She's looking cuter and cuter.

Shay, if she was born April 13 then she won't be 8 weeks until June 8. These last couple of weeks with the litter are really important, she still has lesson to learn from mom.

Sooner you are spot on right, I also looked, and she said they were born April 13th as well. No breeder who cares about their pups would be allowing them to leave before 8 weeks unless it were required for specialized training such as LGD's. And again,  having had such a rough start...they should be kept longer, IMO.

In some states it's even illegal to do so *shaking head*...

I think folks've gone down this road before as far as breeder ethics etc...so I guess what will be will be.

Good luck with your new puppy! [:D]

Very cute, but why so thin? Every puppy I've ever seen is a little pudgy, not fat though.
